2026 Conference Exhibitor Information

The Virginia AER 2026 Conference is holding a dedicated session for exhibitors, the Low Vision and Accessibility Showcase!

The Showcase will be held on March 26, 2026, from 12:00pm-2:00pm.

Conference attendees and the public are invited to attend.
No other sessions will be held during this time.
Attendees will recieve a "passport" to complete by visiting all of the exhibitor booths at the showcase. Attendees who complete their passports will earn professional development credits.
There will also be a silent auction and other activities in the area to keep attendees engaged in the Showcase space!

Lunch for REGISTERED conference exhibitors and attendees will be a buffet, in a separate room, from 11:30am-12:00pm. Please plan to attend.

Please note: The buffet lunch with conference attendees will be provided to registered exhibitors and conference attendees on 11:30am-12:00pm on 3/26/2026 only. This is before the start of the Low Vision and Accessibility Showcase, 12:00pm-2:00pm. Please note we cannot accommodate any changes to the number of lunches, food restrictions, etc. on the day of the showcase. We appreciate your understanding as we try to bring a high value program to exhibitors and attendees.
